If an incorrect address is entered, additional shipping fees may apply to reroute or reship an order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, bark! bark! is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors or building management if a package cannot be located.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders. Customers choosing local pickup will receive notification when their order is ready.
